What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number and business details.
• Delivery addresses and order history.
• Payment references and status from M-PESA. We never ask for or store your M-PESA PIN.
• Delivery proof photos and delivery PIN confirmations.
• Technical data needed for security, such as IP addresses on sign-in attempts.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, pay suppliers, prevent fraud, provide support and comply with the law, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

Who we share it with

Suppliers see only the order details they need to prepare your goods. Riders and transport partners see only what they need for deliveries assigned to them. We do not sell your data and do not send it to outside AI providers.
