Wholesale only

OSSY GROUP sells to businesses. Products have minimum order quantities and pack sizes, shown on each product page and enforced at checkout.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Kenyan shillings and are confirmed at checkout. An order is only treated as paid once the payment has been verified by OSSY GROUP, or cash on delivery has been approved for that order.

Delivery

Delivery fees and estimates are shown at checkout. See delivery information.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel. Orders already collected from suppliers may not be cancellable. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

Suppliers

Suppliers must be approved, keep stock and prices accurate, and prepare orders on time. Commission and payout terms are agreed during supplier onboarding.
